Jira is used by Web Services to track support requests. When you create a support request, our team receives emails and internal notifications from Jira based on the details of the request. It's critical that all documentation related to requests be in Jira and not in a direct email. This allows all members of our team to be able to view all the information and history necessary to resolve your request in a timely manner.
