Jira is used by Web Services to track user support requests. When you create a support request, team members of Web Services receive emails and internal notifications from Jira based on the details of the ticket. It's critical that all documentation related to requests be in Jira and not in email. This allows all members of our team to be able to view all the information and history necessary to resolve your request in a timely manner.
This user guide will outline how to log into Jira as well as what to do if your password doesn't work.
