Standard Support Requests
Standard Maintenance and Support Requests are the default rate applied to requests unless otherwise specified:
- Rate: $140 per hour
- Turn-around time: 2-5 business days, could be longer depending on our capacity
- The standard rate for all requests
Expedited Support Requests
Expedited Support Requests are requests that need to be worked on the same day or those requiring a turn-around of less than 2 business days:
- $190 per hour
- Turn-around time: ASAP
- Must be requested or approved
- For urgent content related requests and not critical system based issues.
Programming/Database Maintenance includes any designated development work that is outside the daily operations performed by the technical team.
- $160 per hour
Expedited Programming/Database Support Requests
Expedited Programming/Database Support Requests are requests that need to be worked on by the technical team on the same day or those requiring a turn-around of less than 2 business days
- $205 per hour
