Support Pricing

Below you'll find the pricing for support on Distribution, Platform or Legacy sites.

Standard Support Requests

Standard Maintenance and Support Requests are the default rate applied to requests unless otherwise specified:

  • Rate: $150 per hour (FY 2020)
  • Turn-around time: 2-5 business days, could be longer depending on our capacity
  • The standard rate for all requests

Expedited Support Requests 

Expedited Support Requests are requests that need to be worked on the same day or those requiring a turn-around of less than 2 business days:

  • $195 per hour (FY 2020)
  • Turn-around time: ASAP
  • Must be requested or approved
  • For urgent content related requests and not critical system based issues. 

Other Rates

Programming/Database Maintenance:

Programming/Database Maintenance includes any designated development work that is outside the daily operations performed by the technical team.

  • $170 per hour (FY 2020)

Expedited Programming/Database Support Requests

Expedited Programming/Database Support Requests are requests that need to be worked on by the technical team on the same day or those requiring a turn-around of less than 2 business days

  • $210 per hour (FY 2020)
