Support Pricing

Below you'll find the pricing for support on Distribution, Platform or Legacy sites.

Standard Support Requests

Standard Maintenance and Support Requests are the default rate applied to requests unless otherwise specified:

  • Rate: $160 per hour (FY 2021)
  • Turn-around time: 2-5 business days *depending on our capacity and the type of request
  • Request types: The standard rate for all requests

Expedited Support Requests 

Expedited Support Requests are requests that need to be worked on the same day or those requiring a turn-around of less than 2 business days:

  • Rate: $195 per hour (FY 2021)
  • Turn-around time: ASAP
  • Request types: Urgent content related requests and not critical system based issues.
  • Must be requested or approved

Other Rates

Programming/Database Maintenance:

Programming/Database Maintenance includes any designated development work that is outside the daily operations performed by the technical team.

  • Rate: $170 per hour (FY 2021)
  • Turn-around time: 2-5 business days *depending on our capacity and the type of request

Expedited Programming/Database Support Requests

Expedited Programming/Database Support Requests are requests that need to be worked on by the technical team on the same day or those requiring a turn-around of less than 2 business days

  • Rate: $220 per hour (FY 2021)
  • Turn-around time: ASAP 

Training

There are no additional charges for training since all training costs are included in new site launch fees or annual site fees.
